At Hooligan S.C.C. , our mission is to be a dedicated community of individuals passionate about unlocking our full physical potential through effective strength conditioning and to helping you build a stronger, fitter and more resilient version of yourself. We believe in the power of hard work, discipline and pushing our limits. Our experienced and certified trainers provide expert guidance, personalized programs and a supportive environment to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether an athlete, fitness enthusiast or a beginner taking your first steps, Hooligan S.C.C. caters to the individual need and goal.
We offer a variety of strength conditioning. From weight lifting and resistance training to functional exercises and circuit workouts, we offer a diverse range of training methods to keep you engaged, motivated and challenged. But it's not just about physical strength. At Hooligan S.C.C., we prioritize holistic well-being and believe that as strong mind goes hand and hand with a strong body.

Each personal training session provides 60 minutes of individualized one on one training.
Group classes provide 60 minutes striking and conditioning. Classes are limited to 4-6 people.
The Triad bundle includes three 60-minute personal training sessions as well as one group class per week.
The Quad bundle includes four 60-minute personal training sessions per week.
A $20 fee will be charged for no shows or late cancellations. Cancelations must be received at least 3 hours prior to scheduled training. No refunds provided for Bundles.
